Credit Purchase Terms

These Terms describe the Credit system for
"SteadyDancer" ("the Service"). If these Terms conflict
with the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, this document prevails for
matters related to Credits.

2. What Are Credits?
- Virtual Currency: Credits are a virtual currency
used exclusively within SteadyDancer to access premium features,
primarily AI video generation.
- No Monetary Value: Credits have no cash value and
cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other users, or used
outside the Service.
- Account-Linked: Credits are tied to your registered
account and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Credit Usage
Video Generation Costs
Credits are consumed based on video duration and resolution. The
formula is:

Example: A 10-second video at 720p costs 40 Credits
(4 Cr/s × 10s). With High Precision enabled, it costs 80 Credits.
Credit costs are clearly displayed before you confirm each
generation. Costs may be adjusted with advance notice.
How Credits Are Consumed
- Credits are deducted when you initiate a video generation.
- If generation fails due to a system error, Credits will be
automatically refunded to your account.
- If generation fails due to invalid inputs (e.g., inappropriate
content, unsupported formats), Credits may not be refunded.
- You can check your Credit balance at any time in your account
dashboard.
4. Credit Validity
- No Expiration: Purchased Credits do not expire and
remain in your account indefinitely.
- Account Requirement: Credits remain valid as long
as your account is active and in good standing.
- Account Termination: If your account is terminated
due to Terms violations, unused Credits are forfeited.
- Voluntary Closure: If you voluntarily close your
account, you may request a refund for unused Credits within the refund
period (see Section 5).

Refund Process
- Request Timeline: Submit refund requests within
14 days of purchase.
- How to Request: Email [email protected] with:
- Your registered account email
- Transaction date and amount
- Reason for refund request
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within
5-10 business days and returned to the original payment
method.
- Partial Refunds: If you've used some Credits, the
refund amount will be calculated as:
Refund = (Unused Credits / Total Credits Purchased) × Purchase Price
Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits purchased more than 14 days ago
- Credits consumed for video generation (successful or user-error
failures)
- Promotional or bonus Credits
- Credits forfeited due to Terms violations
6. Purchasing Credits
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through
Stripe.
- We do not store your full payment card information.
- Supported payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other
methods available through Stripe.
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful
payment.
Purchase Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation for each purchase.
- Transaction history is available in your account dashboard.
- Keep your receipts for any refund requests.
- Welcome Bonus: New users may receive complimentary
Credits for account registration (subject to availability).
- Promotional Offers: We may offer bonus Credits or
discounts during special promotions.
- Referral Programs: Bonus Credits may be awarded for
referring new users (subject to program terms).
- Non-Transferable: Promotional and bonus Credits
cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Expiration: Promotional Credits may have specific
validity periods, which will be clearly communicated.
8. Price Changes
- Notice Period: We will provide at least 30
days notice before changing Credit package prices.
- Existing Balances: Price changes do not affect
Credits you have already purchased.
- Future Purchases: New prices apply only to
purchases made after the effective date.
- Generation Costs: We may adjust the Credit cost for
video generation with reasonable notice.
9. Fair Use Policy
- Personal Use: Credits are intended for personal
creative use of the Service.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Reselling or trading Credits
- Using automated tools to manipulate the Credit system
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers
- Any activity that artificially inflates or deflates Credit
value
- Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend
accounts, void Credits, and/or terminate access for violations of this
Fair Use Policy.
10. Service Discontinuation
- If SteadyDancer is permanently discontinued, we will:
- Provide at least 60 days advance notice
- Offer refunds for unused Credits based on the original purchase
price
- Allow sufficient time for you to use remaining Credits
- We are not liable for Credits that expire or become unusable due to
circumstances beyond our control.
11. Disputes & Support
- Billing Issues: For billing discrepancies or
payment problems, contact [email protected] within
30 days of the transaction.
- Credit Discrepancies: If you believe your Credit
balance is incorrect, contact us with relevant details.
- Response Time: We aim to respond to all
Credit-related inquiries within 5 business days.

13. Acceptance
By purchasing Credits, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Credit Purchase Terms, as well as the
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
